Who is responsible
This website is run by Alexandre Fourdan. For anything privacy-related, contact alexfourdan@gmail.com.
What is collected
- Newsletter sign-ups: your name and email address, so I can send you the newsletter.
- Call bookings: your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form, so we can meet. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar, and calls take place on Google Meet.
- Emails you send me: whatever you choose to include, so I can reply.
Your location and local time
To greet you in your language, the site uses the country your connection comes from, provided by the hosting provider, and your device's time zone and clock. This happens when the page loads. It is not stored by me and is not used to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else processes your data
- Hosting provider: serves the website and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
- Google: for call bookings and Google Meet, under Google's Privacy Policy.
- Newsletter provider: stores the subscriber list and sends the emails.
Your data is never sold.
How long it is kept
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Booking and email details are kept as long as needed to work together, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link. For anything else, email alexfourdan@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
